In the morning, use this journal to start your day off on the right foot. After you apply your morning skincare routine, write down three things you’re grateful for. Think about people, places, feelings, events, things, or anything that brings you peace or joy
In the evening, use this journal to help clear your mind so that you can go to bed ready for a restful recharge as sleep is essential for good skin and our mental health. Spend a few moments reflecting on the day and take note of the emotions that come up. Whether you need to vent or celebrate a win, this short reflection gives your mind the space it needs to process the day.
