COVID-19 Guidelines
Cancel your appointment by emailing hello@carencampbellmd.com if you have:
o Flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath)
o Loss of taste and smell
o Contact with possible COVID-19 patients
Non-contact temperature screening will be required (temperature < 100 F)
All patient are required to wear masks in the entire 450 Sutter building, not just when you are in our office
Only patients scheduled for in-office procedures can be in the office, no guests
Arrive on time (not early, not late) for your appointment
o Please factor in traffic, parking and elevator time for our 450 Sutter location
o Typically, patients will be escorted immediately into your sanitized room
o If you find we are with another patient, please quietly take a seat in the waiting room
o Do not wander into any other spaces of the office upon your arrival or departure
Patients will be treated and checked out in their sanitized exam room
o Do not follow staff out of the exam room into other areas of the office
o Exit the office after you have been checked out
o Call the office if you need to re-enter the office for any reason
