Dr. Campbell practices medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology and DOES NOT accept insurance.

All new surgical & cosmetic patients are required to schedule a consult prior to in-office procedures with the exception of wrinkle relaxors (Botox or Dysport) & Bela MD Facials. This is to ensure our practice is a good fit for you and you are well informed about in-office procedures. Dr. Campbell’s hope is to partner with patients for a lifetime. This also helps cultivate a peaceful clinic that runs smoothly and on-time.

We do NOT accept insurance

Not contracting with insurance companies allows Dr. Campbell to focus on patient care in an intimate clinic setting and not be burdened with the issues surrounding insurance companies. We encourage you to read more about direct-pay and how it can benefit you as a patient here.

Discussions about skin issues and cosmetic treatment planning during appointments for other procedures may incur a consultation charge.

We are happy to accommodate additional discussions as time permits during your procedure appointments, but please note these additional discussions may incur a visit charge. Dr. Campbell charges $300 for medical dermatology visits & for $300 for cosmetic treatment planning.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 2 business days advanced notice of your scheduled appointment.  Regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show, a $100 fee will be charged.

There is increased demand for fewer appointment spots.  When you book your appointment, you are holding space on the calendar that is no longer available to other patients.

We require credit cards on file.

In an effort to offer contactless payment and enforce our cancellation policy, we require cards on file.

New prescriptions, including a change in potency, require a visit.

We need to ensure your safety and limit the administrative burden on our small staff. Most oral medications require a follow-up appointment at approximately 4-6 weeks for a refill to ensure your safety and do require an annual visit for safety and medico-legal reasons.  Topical medications can usually be refilled for up to 1 year. If you are wavering on having a medication filled during your visit with Dr. Campbell, please request it be sent and then you can later decide whether or not to have the prescription filled.
